Our Terms
Payment: Payment is required within 30 days of completion of work ordered. Where a task is particularly lengthy or complex, payment will be required in monthly instalments unless alternative arrangements have been made. NS+ Ltd reserves the right to charge interest on debts that remain outstanding more than 30 days after submission of an invoice. Such interest will be charged at the prevailing statutory rate.
Proofs: Proofs of work commissioned will be submitted for approval. NS+ Ltd cannot accept responsibility for any errors or omissions not corrected by the customer on submission of proofs. NS+ Ltd can accept no responsibility for delays or additional costs caused by late alterations or amendments by the customer.
Copyright: Except where otherwise agreed or where it would infringe any existing copyright, copyright of all material remains with NS+ Ltd.
Materials: All copy, photographs, printed or broadcast material, whether supplied digitally or otherwise, shall be disposed of by NS+ Ltd after the end of a contract unless specific arrangements are made for their return. Costumers should arrange for any valuable items to be insured while with NS+ Ltd. NS+ Ltd cannot accept any liability arising from the provision by the customer of sub-standard or unsuitable materials.
Cancellation: Once an estimate is accepted by a customer, the following cancellation charges apply:
• Cancellation within two weeks of acceptance: 25% of full contract value
• Cancellation within four weeks of acceptance: 50% of full contract value.
• Cancellation more than four weeks after acceptance: full contract value.
• Contracts with a value of less than £1000 will be charged in full if cancelled more than seven working days after acceptance.
Additional work: Any additional work requested after acceptance of a contract will be charged at an appropriate daily rate.
Price variation: All quotations provided by NS+ Ltd are valid for 60 days. We reserve the right to vary prices after that period, or in response to further instructions from any client.
Tax: NS+ Ltd reserves the right to charge the amount of any value added tax payable, whether or not included in any original estimate.
Liability: NS+ Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect loss or third party claims resulting from delays in completing a project. Where any work performed by NS+ Ltd is considered unacceptable, the liability of NS+ shall be limited to the correction of any defects.
Illegal or libellous material: NS+ Ltd abides by the Press Complaints Commission’s code of conduct. NS+ Ltd reserves the right not to process or produce in any form material that it deems libellous, offensive or illegal, or that infringes copyright or any other rights of any third party. The customer warrants that no such material will be supplied, and shall indemnify NS+ against any claim or cost that may incur through publication of such material.
Circumstances beyond our control: NS+ Ltd shall not be held liable for failure to complete any contract due to circumstances beyond its control, including (but not limited to) death or severe illness; accident; storm or severe weather conditions; industrial disputes; failure of power supply. NS+ shall make every effort to keep customers fully informed of such circumstances and their likely effect on the progress of a contract.
Law: All the above terms and conditions shall be construed in accordance with the laws of England.
